The Olympia was in my little town somewhere in Europe in 1987, just when I had started to read the mags as a preteen, the tickets were $150, an astronomical amount for us at the time so I missed it. Later I read that Gaspari had bought chicken here which he thought smelled bad so his father flew in with American chicken for Rich, what baloney

I've totally forgot that Olympia was held in Sweden. Only European places I’ve remembered  was Finland because of Dorian and Rimini ,Italy / my first VHS tape as a kid/.
I strongly believe if Olympia is ever back in Europe it would be  packed.Spain promoter Emilio Martinez is best in Europe he would do fantastic job if Jake Wood gives him green light on it.

they presented the winners with cheques onstage in Gothenberg and when they came off stage the authorites were waiting to tax them for earning in their country

Thats why they stopped giving out cheques in anywhere other than the USA

This Finnish bb judge and official KP Ourama had some words about Lou's antics in Finland. First he complained because the limo he was picked up in wasn't a Mercedes. Then he somehow he shut off the sauna in the hotel and then destroyed a toilet in the hotel after in a rage I'm sure it was all true too, no reason to make up stories like this about celebrity guests. I think at some point he fell off the stage too.

I saw   KP somewhere at ASC Expo or so .After the IFBB split he stayed with Santoja.

I’ve been to Vegas several times but am not familiar with Resorts World. Is it some dump off strip or is it one of the older hotels rebranded recently?
