I wouldn't have made such a big deal about it if you assholes hadn't gone on and on and one for months about how it was a fantasy that I would never accomplish.

You assholes then spent months calling me every kind of name in the book. Spreading lie after lie after lie about my service.

I have been completely vindicated. You can kiss my honorably served veteran ass on its way to Law School

https://law.campbell.edu/apply/tuition-aid/scholarships/

Honoratos Emeritus Scholarship
Campbell Law appreciates the service of the members of our Armed Forces. This $15,000 annual scholarship serves those who have served. The Honoratos Emeritus Scholarship is a three-year scholarship guaranteed for Veterans who have served honorably and matriculate as first-year incoming law students at Campbell Law. It is renewable in each of the three years the Veteran attends Campbell Law, so long as the Veteran remains in good academic standing.

You need not apply for these scholarships. We award them automatically to qualifying students.

Go ahead tell me the Veteran Lawyer Dean at a Law School can't read a DD214 and you know better

Why do you keep coming back of everyone is so mean?

It's surprising how expensive Justice can be in the Land of the Free

They basically give everyone a scholarship discount to offset their inflated tuition and get people to fill their classes.

Universities love their law schools because they generate so much money.

So many Universities built law schools over the past couple decades for the express purpose of this gravy train that there are not enough students to fill them.

Except for the very top law schools (Ivy League, etc.), getting into law school nowadays is no big deal.

You apply to Bumf*ck Law School and you are accepted.  All you have to do is pay the freight.

Having a law degree from a lower tier school is not worth much.  People with law degrees from these schools are a dime a dozen.

Making a living as a lawyer with a degree from lower tier schools is really tough.  You have to be an ambulance chaser.

It's sounds romantic to be a lawyer but it's quite a grind of a job.  Similar to being an accountant.

Unless you are willing to have a career which is a grind don't waste your money and time on law school.

If you are just doing it so you can say you are a "lawyer" find something better to do with your life and money.

It’s a life long dream hater.

Law school was never an option while he was struggling in Kitty Hawk. Soon he will fulfill the other dream of federal prosecutor and eventually the public with select him for an appointed position.

The train is leaving the station and there’s no stopping.

Not everything is always about money. Just being recognized as a veteran and given something for it meant a lot to me even if it hadn't been a monetary reward at all. It being 15k a year though does mean even more than just recognition. Same with law School. I can comfortably sit home and do nothing I have been able to for a long time.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT CHAPTER 14, AR 635-200: Separation for Misconduct
1. WHAT IS THE BASIS FOR A CHAPTER 14?
a. This discharge may be given to a soldier upon the following:
(1) The soldier's conduct exhibits a pattern of minor military disciplinary infractions; or
(2) The soldier's conduct exhibits a pattern of discreditable involvement with civilian authorities or a pattern of conduct prejudicial to good order and discipline (paragraph 14-12b); or
(3) The soldier commits a single act of "serious misconduct" (paragraph 14-12c) "serious misconduct" is an offense which could be punished by a punitive discharge under the UCMJ.

https://home.army.mil/monterey/application/files/2615/4955/1548/chapter_14_info_paper.pdf

lets take a look at the separation authority on Brians discharge DD214

its number 3 on the list, a single act of serious misconduct, the worst one out of the 3 options

Looks like his daddies lawyers got it up to "under honorable conditions"

donnny he did basic training

then served 14 months before agreeing to leave

which in all likelihood was agreeing to leave and in return the military saved the $$ and embarassment for having to court marshall a junkie who brough shame to the armed forces.

The moment he said his discharge papers had the word honorable on them rather than he was honorably discharged (which he clearly wasn't) we all knew what was up. Lying junkie stolen valor homo.

Takedown team, going in unarmed, It's odds on that that is semhanktics for wally woofter taking it up the arse bareback from a group of males not just one

Section III

14–12. Conditions that subject Soldiers to discharge
Soldiers are subject to action per this section for the following:
a. Minor disciplinary infractions. A pattern of misconduct consisting solely of minor military disciplinary infrac-

(1) Discreditable involvement with civil or military authorities.
(2) Discreditable conduct and conduct prejudicial to good order and discipline including conduct violating the
accepted standards of personal conduct found in the UCMJ, Army regulations, the civil law, and time-honored customs and traditions of the Army.

You can’t say it’s not about money when that and commute time is all you’ve talked about.
