I have fixed my chrons I have been asymptotic for 6 months this there should be no comparison.

Being improved for training is the goal though the stage is secondary

I feel like I can push more but I tried really hard to wait 12 weeks now I am trying really hard to slow down my motivation to train is much higher than what the tendon is ready to do

He says he’s in the 40-50 rep range on bench. Normally when an accountant/banker refers to numbers they need to be accurate but with Hankins 40-50 means less than 20.

He isn’t benching and he certainly isnt doing pushups let alone one.
