Hey Shawn!

I read that flex issue about tricep training. You seemed to have though out your program really well and it went something like switching your hand grip on close grip benches for all 3 different days of your cycle. Do you find that helped you get more fullness all around your muscles and shape them into full bellies?


Also could you tell us some gym stories maybe involving you and flex wheeler.

 Roll Eyes  There aren't any "secrets" bro...  Train your ass off, eat frequently, use about 2/3 compounds, and the other 1/3 use iso's hard N' heavy all for 8-15 reps...  You'd be suprised at how "full" your muscle bellies get after you hit the sauce.  Ask Shawn and Flex!  Of course having a small bone structure is what makes it visually impressive.  A look that you could never have.

I am watching the final countdown right now and shawn is trying to destroy the leg extension machine. What gives? Somebody needs to tell him good form comes from good control.  Kiss

In alot of Shawns training segments, he admittedly goes a bit faster with regards to movement, he gets in a rhythm and says that it feels better...He is more explosive than slow moving..
