2. He was/is an Israelite of the tribe of Judah. By the time he was born, the northern tribes, we're no more and the southern tribes, of Judah, Benjamin and Levi were in Roman captivity. Judah was always and still is the leader of the tribes. That's the tribe through which King David, Solomon and Yahusha came. Anyway, by that time, they were just referred to as Yehudi or Jew. My point is, they're Israelites.
The Edomites ran the Roman Empire. First they intermingled with Romans and used the dark arts of subversion and overtook them. Edomites they were called first, then Idumeans, then Romans, then Khazars...then in 700AD, they converted to the Judiasm then, then over took it bastardized it with the wicked Talmud and their traditions. They masterminded the slave trade, opened auction blocks, insurance on slave ships, owned slaves, used modern Arabs, Europeans and others to do their dirty work (as they always do) destroyed the identity of the real Israelites, their culture, language, etc via slavery and begin claiming to be the original people.
