It still makes me laugh how effortlessly Smaev seems to get all the good stuff in the town he lives in - Sarov, a Closed Administrative-Territorial Formation (ЗАТО).

The city is surrounded by fences and patrolled by the military. You can only get in through checkpoints. Heck, even non-resident Russians aren’t allowed into such closed cities.....unless they’re very close relatives and have passed a thorough security check and gone through tons of paperwork.

Also, it's not like PEDs are legal in Russia either (violation of Article 234 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.)
