Anything is possible. I’m on a low dose for sure, I’m now taking 60mgs of cyp every 5 days. But it def could. My estrogen is a bit high as well. I definitely don’t need help going crazy so even a little in the wrong direction could do it. I always look for what isn’t there as a lot of stuff I did in my life was dealing with bad people and I learned that they lied constantly so I Carrie that over to regular life and think all people are like that. I just don’t know if it’s reality or my mind just gone that makes me think all people are trying to get one over on me.

Ok, another scenario, by mistake she leaves a laptop logged into her email and social media, messenger etc, do you look through it? In general it feels wrong to me, I certainly wouldn't appreciate if she went through my shit. Of course circumstances differ so the answer may be different depending. Just two days ago, my brother and his son were sleeping over at my place, both were a bit drunk and my brother went to sleep. My nephew said to me, psst, I figured out my dad's laptop password, let's look at what he was arguing about with this bitch (family drama involving my nephew somewhat). I said no fucking way, don't look at your dad's private shit. I didn't want drama so I didn't raise a more of stink right there but told my brother later.

I don't bother snooping through anything or worrying about it. If she is going to cheat, I will find out eventually without having to snoop. No need to mess up my mental state with suspicious thoughts just to find out a few months earlier rather than later.

I don't think you are mentally ill, given that you are aware of the issues. Counseling might help you organize your ideas and thoughts. We all had our misfortunes with women, but if you found nothing, remember she chose you to father your kids, and i believe she wants to be part of the solution, not the problem. Talk things over with her.
