I hope to hell I make it to 62 and have the "problem" of carrying 210 pounds mostly muscle  ;D - I would be devastated and no doubt my chicky too  ;D ;D.

I’m not maintaining size. I’ve actually dropped 35-40lbs since I stopped competing.

hahaha,,,Im mostly empty belly, I only eat 4 hours out of 24 at the moment

Just eat one main meal and some oat cereal

Main meal today was Chicken Kiev and chipped fried potatoes

only eating about 75-100ngs protein.

Resting 58-61. I normally run a little high, yesterday was 132/73 at midday.

drop the drugs.. revert to your natural form if longevity is a concern - your body may heal

I’m off (for good this time). Running and doing body weight type stuff daily. Down about 30 pounds. Honestly haven’t felt this good in years. And all my markers coming in range,
