I’m off (for good this time). Running and doing body weight type stuff daily. Down about 30 pounds. Honestly haven’t felt this good in years. And all my markers coming in range,

How long have you being off?

If you’re not taking TRT by my age then that’s on you. It’s about as “natural” as you get without making the mistake of taking NOTHING. It’s HIGHLY recommended. I had a TIA almost 8 years ago. I was back to normal the next day and haven’t had a problem since.

This is not true. TRT is a new thing hyped by those selling it. Somehow men have done fine for centuries without it. You would think men throughout history would've all given up at 30 because their test levels dropped yet here we are.

1/7/25 was my last pin (125 mg of test as I was scaling back). Hasn’t been easy but can see light at end of tunnel and feeling better everyday.

You must extremely muscular if you're 10-12% at 5'6" and 225-230.

That would mean your lean body mass is around 200 lbs.

Frank Zane was 5'9" and won the Olympia at 177-180 so his lean body mass was around 174ish if he was 3%.

Franco competed at around 180 at 5'5".

A simple way to judge if you are too heavy for your height is to measure the ratio between your waist and your height.

Your waist should not exceed 1/2 your height

This is considered a primary method to determine a healthy weight.

For example if you are 5'6" (66 inches) then your waist measured around your belly button relaxed should not exceed 33 inches.

If your waist exceeds 33" then you need to lose weight.

Weight carried on the hips is not a risk factor like around the belly button.

Must be because of intra-abdominal fat which is bad.

Always been quite lean - I gained weight / muscle slowly over a the long term.

Everyone is 10-12 body fat … until they get an accurate measurement.

Yes but most died earlier than today & depending on the time 40 was old.
The average man looked haggered at 30.
Can't compare " centuries ago" with a man of today who lives on average double the age

Life expectancy has increased across the world

In 2021, the global average life expectancy was just over 70 years. This is an astonishing fact – because just two hundred years ago, it was less than half. This was the case for all world regions: in 1800, no region had a life expectancy higher than 40 years.

Atleast run HCG for a good while to bring your own balls back online. If running gear for years your natural production is probably in girl territory.

Perhaps, but virtually everyone has told me I look much younger since coming off. I assume it’s because I’m leaner, skin looks better, and hair, which was finally starting to go, is making a comeback.

I quit everything cold turkey as I discussed in another thread. I’m not concerned about fertility and i can actually feel my balls starting to come back from the dead. I’m not running hormone bloods because I’m sure I’ll be hypogonadal and don’t want to deal with the psychological aspect of knowing if I’m not showing any real symptoms of so-called “low test.”

No more needles is quite liberating.
