good question, to show your gluteus maximus to the judges?

In your case yes. I quited competing back in 2007.

Props on your competition drive and longevity.

That just seems way too heavy for that height. If you feel good that’s one thing but I can’t imagine that’s healthy.

I don't want to get in a pissing match with illuminati, but those are some insane stats. If given the benefit of the doubt, because he knows how ruthless getbig is and will call out baloney no matter who eventually, could it be an issue of faulty bodyfat % testing, perhaps due to method? Those are absolute elite, pro bb, Mr O competitor, stats at 64, right? Will look "shredded" in the gym in a tank top, at least to the average bro.

People said/thought I wasn't "fat" because I had veiny forearms but I was well over 20% like in my avatar (5'10'' or 11'' I think and 114kg/I think about 255lbs).

Those are "Bhanky-level" numbers for sure.

Bhanky is an anomaly.

He's one in a billion like Arnold.

Coach, how is your strength at 62?

My strength is good, still relatively strong for my age considering I have tears in each shoulder. Training has changed in recent years. Not training as heavy, exercise selections has changed. Due to the shoulder injuries I can’t do things like straight bar bench, anything incline with the exception of the hammer strength incline. When I squat I use either a safety bar with a box squat or belt squat. But I train legs every other week and ruck in the sand in the off weeks with a 60lb load. I will do Glute ham raises and posterior chain on my off weeks

Have you considered going back on the 100 rep system?

I actually just finished a variation of it last month. I did it for 8 weeks.

Congratulations! I doubt if I could stick with that for 8 days. Brutal system.

What does the method look like? Is it like Parillo's 50/100 rep sets done periodically, like squats in the belt squat machine (with a spotter if unable to hit the numbers, remember the gay pics with Bob Chick)?

Parillo had that horrible "planing" thing to be done after the set

It’s less brutal the way I varied it. Doing it the way we used to back the 80’s would be way too difficult. I suppose I could but my head isn’t into that kind of intensity. I would need a training partner, a numbers clicker to keep track of reps and a log book and a throw up bucket and now, an AED lol

lol lets see if he has a tantrum with Putin if Putin does not accept this ceasefire without a thousand pre conditions. When Zelensky shows a bit of strength he is said to not want the war to end but when Putin does not compromise it is seen as a great thing, weird.

The Russians have repeatedly said they will not accept a ceasefire so it's nothing that Trump shouldn't be aware of.

Wouldn't someone 5'4 be more of a Putin fan if height mattered?
