Do you prefer Zelensky? He's a manlet as well.

Not sure how Zelensky comes into this but it certainly sounds like your mummy packs your asshole with ADHD and whataboutery before you leave for school in the morning.

Living to an advanced age like 97, even with obesity, can be influenced by various factors. Here are some key aspects that can contribute to longevity in such cases:

1. Genetics

Family History: Genetics play a significant role in lifespan. Some individuals may have a genetic predisposition to longevity, regardless of body weight.
2. Lifestyle Choices

Diet: While obesity often correlates with poor dietary choices, a person can still maintain a relatively healthy diet that includes essential nutrients. A balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins can help mitigate some health risks.
Physical Activity: Regular physical activity, even in moderate amounts, can improve health outcomes. Activities like walking, swimming, or low-impact exercises can be beneficial.
3. Health Management

Regular Check-ups: Keeping up with medical appointments and managing chronic conditions (like diabetes or hypertension) can significantly affect overall health and longevity.
Medication Compliance: Taking prescribed medications for any health issues can help manage risks associated with obesity.
4. Mental Health

Social Connections: Strong social ties and community involvement can enhance mental well-being and are often associated with longer lifespans.
Stress Management: Effective coping strategies for stress, such as mindfulness or hobbies, can contribute to better overall health.
5. Access to Healthcare

Quality Medical Care: Access to good healthcare can lead to early detection and treatment of health issues, which is crucial for extending life.
6. Positive Attitude

Outlook on Life: A positive mindset and resilience can contribute to better health outcomes and longevity.
Conclusion

While obesity is associated with various health risks, individual circumstances, including genetics, lifestyle choices, and healthcare access, can significantly influence longevity. Each person's situation is unique, and many factors can contribute to a long and fulfilling life, even in the presence of obesity. I think you'll be alright, if you feel good why lose the muscle mass. I, myself stood an incredible 68 and a quarter inches from the ground in my stocking feet and weighed between 150 lbs to 225 lbs at various times and for various reasons and I made it to 73 and counting. Why worry about it.

One can see the positive vibes and love everywhere, now that Donald Trump brought hope for a better future. Worldwide.

Nothing to do with Trump. Im a pretty loving guy in general. Always have been. That's why Rory loves me so much.

I'm 64 same height as Coach & weigh around 225-30lbs blood pressure normal
Resting heart rate 56 bodyfat 10-12%. No joint issues, I do a lot of stretching /
Flexibility work - I feel comfortable at this weight.

I have seen relatively recent pics of Illuminati, I’d say that what he is claiming is pretty accurate.

Nope no joint issues -  except for wrists in the cold weather
They crack & pop & are stiff.

I've been a long time user of glucosamine & chondrotin & always warmed up
+ a lot of flexibility work.

I do have an injury or 2 🤷🏻‍♂️   :'(

That's amazing, Usually, at a minimum the shoulders are gone. One of my training partners is an older elite lifter, 58, and his foot collapsed squatting and after surgeries his one leg is 2 inches shorter. He stopped training altogether, too depressed and maybe prideful to show up in the gym all handicapped. I'm sad for him, for some people the gym is a central place in their lives that keeps everything together and then it's gone... :'(

I do press behind neck full range of motion no issues with my
shoulders - only can't use much poundage due to triceps & nerve
damage in left arm - accident out of Gym.

I can relate to your friend I went through a bad patch when I tore
my pec & was reduced to having to go from 220kg to staring with
just the bar.  That was many years ago.

With my damaged left arm & pec tear my bench poundage is
laughable now - hence I don't do them out of self embarrassment.

Joint issues are relative, maybe he’s not a whiny fucking hankins crybaby?

Either way, the man says no serious issues, so it’s no serious issues.

And your answer is, take more drugs, because that’s your answer to everything.

Why inject (lol) hostility into this exchange, my comment wasn't meant to question illuminati, just joking a bit because most powerlifters mention issues and pains if asked, no matter how tough. Drugs were also not on my mind. I can't even recall if illuminati has ever mentioned his use or nonuse of PEDs.

Just PM him for spank bank material you creepy fucking phaggot.

If you starve your kids this month, and don’t pay their child support, maybe you can afford to join his OnlyFans site.

You definitely filmed your kids in the bathtub and jerked off to the videos later.

Wouldn't someone 5'4 be more of a Putin fan if height mattered?
Strong point there. Trump is shrinking a bit, but it's way higher than Putin.

No, even with the flattery, I’m still not going to let you suck my dick. Your wife’s and daughter’s permissions still remain intact.

Put the candy down, pull out of your nephew, and go workout for once in your life.
