Wouldn't have had a problem if the kid had a gun and shot him as soon as he boarded the other boat. Guy has a ton of DUI and assault convictions. It also started for the stupidest reason, and was a case of mistaken identity.

The boat rager was speeding all around, and got yelled at for it by some boaters. They're out on boat again drunk, and one of the other assholes goes "Hey that looks like the guy from yesterday", and they all started teasing him that he should go over and punk the the kid.

Sad thing is, he was apparently a good fishing charter service. Had a 4.5 star rating on google.

He closed the business (they're charging him pretty heavy, and talking to the Coast Guard, and some other government bodies to see if they can add more), but they were down to a 1.5-2 on sites that still left the company up. Fishing in Florida is big business, they don't like the industry looking bad because of this guy.
