Both the shed and the equipment are probably leased? And as mentioned here maybe the equipment is sponsored
No idea why he would need such a large homegym, but maybe it's going to be a members gym also?

Arnold in the past always advised against homegyms. And looking at bodybuilders from the seventies and nineties, I fail to see how homegyms can improve  the current group of chemical athletes.
They look worse than the top competitors from 30 years ago.

I mean what is the guy supposed to do with the millions and millions he’s making from bodybuilding?

I do like that on the mural he’s wearing his Olympia medal shirtless with some basketball shorts.

The current generation uses pro bb as a stepping stone to bigger and better things, guys 30 years ago were much more one dimensional. Even Arnold has said that many times indirectly if you go back to what he said back in the day.

I figured they made big bucks with social media advertisements, but I'm not sure and in the end don't care. Walker seems to have an IQ around 85-90, you can only do so much with that.

He is a multimillionaire and knows how to manage his capital. It’s nothing for him. He has several sponsorship deals, especially for his gym equipment. It’s the only place with that much space — perfect for him.
