There is a female WWE wrestler Roxanne Perez who is maybe around 5ft tall, but she has typical midget body proportions and face.

Does her extra height make her more fuckable or is she downgraded for it?

Just because some don't discriminate, doesn't make one a "midget fan". It's pure altruism and philanthropy.
