Crazy I was blinded for 10 years and they lack empathy. Anyone have any good stories or experiences?

I suspect the girl I'm ''dating'' right now is a narcissist, also one of my exes is definitely a narcissist, but then again, any human being who is extremely good looking, will become a narcissist, it's the way it is

The majority of people are very ugly, only a very small percentage are incredibly good looking, of course these people will eventually become narcissist, it's their looks, the attention they get, etc, it gets to their head
I know what you mean, but I'm talking about "true" narcissists, which I think is related to psychopathy aka antisocial personality disorder. Beautiful people can get away with acting like a jackass, for a while, ugly people may have to emphasize other characteristics to get by, but I'm pretty sure true psychos are pretty much born like that. They also can't be humbled enough to shed the trait. They can't ever be cured, which is the tragedy about it. At least that's how I understand it, but I'm far from an expert...I do know psychiatrists always caution common folks from diagnosing others by looking at internet check lists. But like I said, I know what you mean for sure
This may sound crazy to you, but I have the theory that a large, very large percentage of the human population is in fact a narcissist, (NPD, narcissistic personality disorder), this is due to genetics, and the way they were brought up when they were little. Yes, people who have NPD are pretty much psychopaths
I don't know. They say true psychos wreak an incredible amount of havoc in society and it wouldn't ever function if that was the case. I have read the claim that rates of psychopathy is higher in blacks, maybe that's part of why Africa is how it is, in addition to the low IQ. I've also read that most psychos aren't super intelligent as some think."Approximately 70% of the population is estimated to have no psychopathic traits whatsoever. The remaining 30% have low, medium, or high levels of psychopathy."And"4.5% of the general population (or 1 in every 22 persons) is a psychopath."IOW, the traits are common but the "true" ones are way less.
The percentage of psychopathy is debatable, there is a female psychologist who believes 1 out of 2 men is actually a psychopath. No one knows the exact percentage, also a true psychopath is usually the person that you meet and you are thinking ''what a charming, great guy he is'' not knowing that he's a wolf in sheep's clothing
No, I worked for one, and that was bad... but I watched a bunch of idiots vote for one twice for president which boggles my mind
