Even a man who commits domestic violence, as alleged, is guaranteed due process under the law by the fourteenth amendment to our Constitution:

What due process would you suggest? In the sense he’s already processed and he’s here illegally, what other “due process” would you suggest? Are you saying he should have the same due process rights as every other legal American?
