It is difficult to determine as not every organization recognized a 5 year old bench press record. I did find a few though and even some videos on YouTube. According to the internet the world record is 28lbs held by Omar Ahmed but Spencer is repoing that half a dozen reps and benched 33lbs a month ago on his smaller bar. He just moved up to the larger bar which is different width for his hands and has not maxed out with it yet. I have found no evidence yet online of a 5 year old benching more in competition or the gym on video. The powerlifting meet is in August a week before his 6th birthday. I know he can get 35lbs plus but he has issues with the commands so we will see.

Honestly I would not be shocked if he was pushing 40lbs by August he weighs 50lbs

May 24th the Meet is in August a week before his 6th birthday. The current state record is 26lbs. The highest reported world record I could find online was 28lbs. The weight class is 66lbs and he only weighs 51 or maybe 52lbss right now so he can grow into it.

He should crush all the records if he can follow the commands he gets 3 attempts

I have a watch addiction that has spiraled out of control and I bought a whole bunch of fancy new suits and shoes to go play fake lawyer. Been kind of laid up recovering from multiple surgeries but should have myself all put back together and brand new by first day of Law school.
