Ferrigno used possibly the worse posing routine for his built...

doing old school Arnold trademark poses only made his torso look bigger and arms smaller

Had he mimic Yates posing routine he would have looked a lot better.

When JJ stood next to Lou it’s almost like he’s subliminally telling the crowd to, “ take a look at this hunk of man.” He has a great stage presence.

Most likely he was well under 300lbs or else he would have weighed in "officially." Some experts guessed maybe 280lbs.
