Did you save those from all those years ago when ironage weas active or did you find them recently ?
I saved them when he posted.
Wow, it's good to see that a little of ironage is still alive on the interweb.
He was a pretty good olympic lifter when he was young.
With that much volume I'm surprised he didn't die sooner. I think I overtrained from reading that.
I always wish I could see someone perform some of these routines. Having been in gyms for 40 years I think trainees have somewhat similar capacities, I mean those who push themselves. If the volume is very high I gotta question the quality and intensity of the sets. I think there's some truth to the saying of 'you can either train hard or you can train long.'
