First session in 6 months on the bag as its in my garage and winter is cold. Pretty happy as im very near 60 and feel i could be better than last year. This will be my cardio, beats the shit out of the treadmill or any of that. Would like to box Big Ro who must be 25 years younger at least  but no posedown

i have a fun challenge for Ro, harmless and fun. We both do 2 minute videos on the bag and getbig decides who has the better skill set. Seems reasonable
