As of right now, I could stand to lose some more body fat, and I am incredibly insecure and self conscious, but I will take progress photos and once I feel I look good enough to post my transformation I will do that.
My glute workout routine (I train glutes 2x a week, first one is on leg day with 2 glute exercises added in, and 2nd day is a glute only workout which I will list below)
My current glute workout routine
4 sets smith machine hip thrusts (8-12 reps)
3 sets reverse hack squats (10-15 reps)
3 sets plate elevated Romanian deadlifts b-stance
3 sets cable step ups
3 sets bulgarian split squats
Also, what do you think is better for glute growth, squats or hip thrusts? I am thinking hip thrusts since I feel more glute activation while squats I feel it in quads more. I will probably alternate between those two
