Neck Injury & BJJ

a good video & i had the same CT guided Injections in my neck ( C6/C7) which saved me an operation. Maybe years of Judo i donīt know ..

When you start to accumulate serious injuries it's time to give it up.

Chiropractic is quackery.  Nonsense.

He's lucky his problem could be resolved.  Could have been in pain permanently.

Hopefully it doesn't reoccur.

If he's smart he'll stop bjj.  Do something else.

yes .. the guy in the video had problems with his Biceps & certain discs in the neck effect certain muscle groups, mine was my right tricep/ right hand. Took a long time to get better but the injections were a God send.
spinning an Escrima stick helped me loads.. ;D
