Obviously Hankins' test was always high, equal to like 2-3 males at the lowest.
As for the video, I think being fat is probably the #1 factor. "Junk food" is probably not a big factor, especially if that junk food is high in protein like fatty meats, burgers and steaks and so on, provided it didn't make you fat. I think I've read that prisoners can have high test, they eat a lot of ramen noodles? and the ones who lift try to get, maybe barter for, eggs and tuna and so on? They say the hostile and competitive environment can drive up test.
If you smoke, which obviously is detrimental to health, that might actually increase test a bit.
