I’d like to hear what Bhank’s top ten would be.

I know he is a big proponent of eating to grow and superfoods so I’d think he’d give some valuable information in that regard.

Obviously Hankins' test was always high, equal to like 2-3 males at the lowest.

As for the video, I think being fat is probably the #1 factor. "Junk food" is probably not a big factor, especially if that junk food is high in protein like fatty meats, burgers and steaks and so on, provided it didn't make you fat. I think I've read that prisoners can have high test, they eat a lot of ramen noodles? and the ones who lift try to get, maybe barter for, eggs and tuna and so on? They say the hostile and competitive environment can drive up test.

If you smoke, which obviously is detrimental to health, that might actually increase test a bit.

Straight away the video is wrong as SHBG is what binds testosterone turning FREE test (which builds muslce) into BOUND test (this is testosterone that is not available to your muscles as bound test is whats converted to estrogen and DHT) many popular steroids main mechanism of action is to lower SHBG. Proviron and masteron come to mind. You want less SHBG if the goal is to have higher blood levels of free testosterone. Which as bodybuilders we all want.

He suggests that low SHBG will free up more estrogen suppressing test. Also more free test also acts on the feedback loop suppressing test from going higher. True that steroids lower SHBG, all steroids do, contrary to what some bodybuilders believe. But steroid users don't have to worry about a feedback loop. There's been lots of talk about how you don't want your SHBG very low, there are many complicated reasons, too long for getbiggers, but for example bound test can have effects and SHBG extends the half life of injected testosterone 8)

My problem is getting blood tests is a bitch. I've been taking 10-20K and they recommend tests when taking more than 5K.
