I remember i saw a video showing an experiment from a UK University concerning blood & high fat food.
They had a guy eating a typical high fat UK Breakfast fry up & they tested his blood hours later after walking evenings for 1 hour ( i think it was 1 hour) & also not walking to see the difference.
It was alarming how much fat was in his blood when not walking & after they did the test you saw the fat seperate from the blood in the test tube.
When walking 1 hour the fat was much,much less. so exercise is important.
