Saw a Mexican dude cut a tree trunk and sling it over his hip and walk with it. Looked like he’d been doing it long enough that it had deformed him, but still strong and impressive.

How much does a fridge like that weigh? To pick up and support with one arm then cycle is pretty crazy, looks like a normal built guy too
