At home, I have very simple meal preps that I do for breakfast and lunch that last about 5-6 days and is a big portion of food and very healthy. Evening meals vary. 3 nights a week, I usually eat out. About 4 nights a week I do steak. Usually a reverse sear as I hate to use the grill for one or two steaks.
On that last Food and Beverage cruise I gigged this past January, I picked up some really good recipes from some of the guest chefs that I have been using regularly. One being ribs with a Fireball/Escuminac/Rosemary seasoning. I have done that twice a month and it never gets old.
