I drink coffee,but I don`t think I would consider it a fucking meal.

Raw eggs are easy to drink, however you only absorb 50% compared to cooked which is close to 100, so you're throwing away half  :-X But maybe there are other benefits to raw eggs, don't know...

I’ll fast until the afternoon.

Then I’ll eat a bowl of chicken breast, Japanese Sweet Potato or white rice (chicken stock stirred in the rice) and broccoli (if I have any).

Some days I’ll snack on seaweed sheets… I will also sometimes eat 2-3 dates, 1-2 kiwis, bowl of blueberries, or a few spoonfuls of pomegranate.

I used to eat more fats…eggs, coconut oil, avocado…but lately I’ve just been eating lower protein and then sweet potato or rice…and i feel better and my body seems to be reacting very well. I took a break from eggs for about a week…and then when I had them the other day I became very bloated and felt horrible. Same it seems for fruit. I’ve taken a little break from them and I feel better and bloating has reduced. Not quite sure yet…

I also will eat 2 Hersheys miniature bars and 1 Reeses cup if I ever get a craving for candy…maybe 1-2x week. I found this has helped me mentally avoid wanting to binge and i don’t feel deprived. I also stopped having a cheat day. It was too many calories for my body to recover from and has helped me not have cravings the days after. Ive also been having refeed days instead of cheat days, and my body reacts much better.

I think paying attention to my true hunger cues and not allowing myself to become ravenous has been helpful if preventing binging. And I’ve realized my body doesn’t do well on fasts longer than 24 hours. Some days I would only eat 1x in morning and not feel hungry rest of the day…but then the following day I will feel like garbage.

The higher carbs with low fat (for now) also seems to be helping with controlling cravings and not getting overly hungry in the mornings before I break my fast in afternoon. Getting to sleep at same time every night helps my control my diet as well.
So you snack on seaweed sheets......Give me more reasons to know that you aren't enjoying life.

This coffee I put 2 teaspoons in a cup with 4 teaspoons of sugar and add the milk over top and then zap it in the mic for 2:30 minutes

+1 for Panda Express.  (And the Japanese/Caribbean ones similar to it)

At home, I have very simple meal preps that I do for breakfast and lunch that last about 5-6 days and is a big portion of food and very healthy.  Evening meals vary.  3 nights a week, I usually eat out.  About 4 nights a week I do steak.  Usually a reverse sear as I hate to use the grill for one or two steaks. 

On that last Food and Beverage cruise I gigged this past January, I picked up some really good recipes from some of the guest chefs that I have been using regularly.  One being ribs with a Fireball/Escuminac/Rosemary seasoning.  I have done that twice a month and it never gets old.

Gotta agree that's spot on

So since I eat 3 meals a day meal 2 or 3 will be white fish with fresh fruits and veggies

My meal one is always coffee made from milk not water with sugar

Seems each meal should have at least 30 grams of protein to "cross the leucine threshold" oh brother  ::)
my diet is fresh juicy well rested pussy in its own juice with panties to the side and a little ah jus gravy in the back soiled it’s really high in fiber and protein and it also builds the strongest muscle in the body, the Lengua ( tongue) for those who are culeros  ;D

As far as your question goes,I have no clue, this bullshit has been going on for over a year.........long story.......my anxiety is off the friggin chain and I don`t sleep for shit.

It`s a very extensive surgery,and my first one ever...........unfortuna tely.

It couldn`t be an apendectomy or something routine...........heaven forbid!   :D

For what it’s worth, someone with a university degree in sports science can only cringe at how many obstacles the average Getbigger places in between himself and well-researched nutritional dogma for the goals the average Getbigger espouses to have.

Eating like a BB doesn’t mean certain death like their PED cycles do. It’s just requires more effort and less expectation.
