If you're doing strength-to-weight ratio, a bodyweight strict curl is top 0.00001% - 0.000001% of men. (Yeah, somewhere between one man in 100000 and one man in 1000000 can
strict curl his own bodyweight. The average man is weak and doesn't even lift.)
A double bodyweight bench is also way better than top 0.5%
In terms of absolute numbers, though....
