How have to had willpower in the past to accomplish anything like you have stated you did? Did you have a traumatic experience as an adult where things started slipping? Like a really stressful moment that you broke a bit and the delusions and such started to run wild more? I saw a psychiatrist in Poland long ago when I was into heavy drinking thinking I was/am an alcoholic he diagnosed my as bipolar and scripted me meds and I asked him how to take them when I drink he told me don't take them the day of drinking and the day after
