You're right on that Dorian was def the most overrated Mr O ever together with Haney. That was the era when you were winning one sandow they would gift it to you year after year no matter what until retirement.
Haney is a very good and decent man but yep his proportions weren't good enough for the O
His arms were rather small with subpar triceps
Samir was better and more complete
If he was from shitsa he most likely would have won multiple O's
