I think he seriously partially tore the repaired pec post surgery after all his "I know better than the doctors" bullshit. That was one of his 3 surgeries and he said something iike "they might go back in a year and clean something up"...Why would they wait a year and a half from the original surgery to go back in? He busted the pec flat benching AGAIN.

Is Hankins officially banned or is he just staying away from the beatings?

Lyin' Brian Pillkins clearly didn't listen to the surgeon post surgery about not touching weights. Thought he knew better and was probably on a bunch of peptides to try speed up recovery, jumped on the bench and fucked up his pec again.

It's only after the damage was done that he decided to take the surgeons advice and lay off of the weights

The tendon takes 9 months to heal if there is no nutrition cocoon. Brian has done extensive research on his recovery methods. The surgeon is just an ignorant hater.

obviously it's speculation on our part, but given how he arrogantly braged about knowing more than the docs and specialists for a previous repair surgery and fucked it up going heavy early (arguably he shouldn't be going heavy ever again) it's not exactly 'wild' speculation. There does certainly appear to be some damage in the more recent pics vs the immediate post surgery pics, so either the surgery was not a success, or he managed to fuck it up by being the capricious know it all dickhead we have all observed relentless times. It's a fairly safe bet.
