Windsurfing would have more competitors.

I ran into him on meso and he threatened to kick my ass then declared himself a long distance 185 pound runner who worked in finance. He was sure he was hot shit, i updated my avatar to a gym pic from that day and politely informed him i was 255, he got upset and said he didnt care he would still kick my ass and then run a 25k marathon. Then he transformed into a soon to be pro bodybuilder just one cycle away from a pro card. I reminded him i was 255 and he was 185 and three yes THREE times he couldnt correctly count that i outweighed him by 70 pounds, i think he said 25 then 30 then 40 and gave up. Who knew careers in finance did not require being able to count? Millard.banned him.for life and he metastasized here.

Since he came back I asked him numerous times about the pec because it was highly interesting to me. He didn't answer. Can't tell anything from those specific pics. Even with a 'perfect' and successful result there will still be slight deformities in the area, but I'd like to know if the tendon is still attached both to pec and bone. It's been 3 years since my bicep reattachment and I'm back pretty much 100%, or maybe it's 97% as strong as the uninjured one. Now I'm a bit worried about the uninjured one, but that's the arm that's always been supinated when deadlifting so I'm hoping the tendon is strong after 33 years of hard deads

Maybe Krankenstein he could tell me if a reattached bicep could affect shoulder lateral strength on that side
