I never thought he was a bottom tier pro, But I definitely think he's the next pro to die "of a genetic defect." He completely disappears on stage next to taller guys. And when he pulled out of the biggest show two years in a row and didn't step on stage for a year or more at a time, he gave his 'critics' all the ammo they deserved.

Ok, so he came back and looked pretty good. The time he took off from contest prep may have actually helped him in the long run, health wise and growth wise. But this dude is the king of posting YT videos to "prove his haters wrong." like he just won a Sandow. Just shut up and get on stage again.

He has impressive proportions but, like all current pro's he looks absolutely ridiculous.  The best thing I can say about him is his situation reminds me of Danny Padilla- and thats being generous to Nick- he looks great standing alone but looks like a child next to most other bodybuilders. He should do a posing routine set to "Short People." Oh, they don't do posing routines anymore.

He does deserve the O simply for all that effort and the amazing mutation.

He may yet still peak to a new level. (I was a doubter, but his condition in this clip proves me wrong). Stomach still the biggest concern. Has to bring that it, whilst pushing the monster size and conditioning. Not easy... I guess he just uses the clen to help with a cut, but I can't wonder if he should add in a micro dose of NDP last 10 days to absolutely nail the fat burn.

Regarding dropping out of shows. I competed once in '98 and never competed again, that one time burned me out for awhile, then I had injuries etc. Two friends from my gym also competed and both stopped training altogether My point is that even if there's no very serious health issue it's not at all surprising that the body seems unresponsive for a period of time. Nick's done plenty of shows and I don't think noncompetitors realize how stressful a single prep can be especially for a guy like this on 5 grams plus doing it for years on end!

That before pic of Nick that joswift posted was always shocking to me. Absolutely NO ONE would have predicted he would do anything at all in bb, not even win a local show.
