Now this idiot is seizing the opportunity to stay relevant by using hogan’s death for publicity

Louie will always be a deaf, retard selling DVD’s

He did the same exact thing when Michael Jackson died 15 years ago ....  a media tour talking how he was friends and even trained MJ"

Now being muscular and both nicknamed Hulk makes Louie think they were like brothers .  lol

He may have to make his own way now if Hulk's wife gets all the money.

yeah apparently underage nick was drunk racing his viper on the highway  and it did leave his friend who was a iraq vet pretty much a vegetable between nick and his ex wife hogan was pretty much wiped out .  the gawker suit saved him money wise.  hulk was doing well before his kid and ex wife took it all away

The last recent collection of Hogan is him getting boo'd to hell and back at the WWE thing.  Boo'd so bad that they cut ties with him.  Then he was trying to start a new wrestling organization.

Yeah, he did a lot of bad things and selfish things for the business.  But he also brought the business into mainstream and made it what it is today.

I never really bought into his opponents having a chance to beat him.  You just knew Andre wasn't because Andre was barely moving at the time.  Likewise for Bundy.  Savage was credible, but you knew he was too small for Vince to have much interest in.  Orndorff had no chance.  He never won a title the entire time he was in the WWF(E).  Sgt Slaughter was a joke.  And even the Rock was not going to matter no what the outcome was.  Warrior was the best "maybe" that he ever tangled with.  But by that time, everyone sort of knew Warrior was not right in the head.

How old were you for wrestlemania 2 & 3?

It’s easy to say in hindsight that  those opponents weren’t going over and lacked credibility , but 93,000 Hulkamaniacs in 1987 had bought in to the Andre threat .

Hogan started 6'8". But all those back and hip surgeries (plus old age) took their toll.

Look at the pics of him and Vince McMahon in the 80s and early 90s. He's much taller.

By 2002-03, McMahon and Hogan are almost eye to eye.

Hogan was never 6”8. Vince would have Andre stand on platform when he was being interviewed so he’d look even taller. I’m sure he did the same with Hogan.

What Hulk said to his son when the son was in jail was a very bad. I don't want to look it up again, but from memory Hulk intimated that the other kid who became a paraplegic, was a very negative person, and that this was like cosmic justice and he was now paying for his negativity. Perhaps this is an understandable coping mechanism to handle a terrible outcome where you are at fault, but it doesn't look good in the least...

And I think Nick had like 4 speeding tickets in the months before the accident.

When he told kids to 'eat your vitamins' was he talking about the 'breakfast of champions'?

Hogan had a wrecked body..he had multiple operations & years of roids...

When I read 'years of roids' I see it as somewhat of an understatement :D

We know docs put mid-teens on roids around the time he was a teen, especially athletic teens who 'wanted to put on weight.' Coach has mentioned he got an Rx when he was 15 IIRC. So we might be looking at potentially 55 years of continuous roids, you generally don't get off at any time once you've been on for a few years and Hogan had an image to uphold. I don't want to minimize the risks of roids, it's generally agreed that they will shed a few years of your lifespan at least, but perhaps also extend it in certain circumstances (loss of strength and muscle is 'bad' for longevity). With that said, he also had decades of rec drug and alcohol abuse. So lasting til 71 sounds good to me all things considered.

Now I watch Jon Bravo and obviously I see nothing objectionable there, but he said "I quit, I'm done," probably making many millions a year through his social media. Ridiculous response from do-gooders IMO. Now Joey releases a forced PR firm directed apology. He had said colored instead of person of color, FFS! The accepted terminology changes constantly, him saying colored wasn't malicious IMO, and Swoll is right than when someone's popular a contingent is just waiting for them to mess up and then they pounce, it's the 'psychology of crowds.'
