Might be having some low days of only 400 grams of carbs a day. As soon as they lose fullness, here comes the reload with 1500 grams. One European pro said he ate 1000g carbs (4K cals) throughout his prep.
400 grams on a low carb day?
These guys are only getting away with that because of the huge insulin usage
I tried carb cycling and couldnt eat 400gms carbs a day (my high carb days), it was a struggle
and 1000 gms carbs is 4k cals, no one is eating that much every day on prep
Add on the protein and fats its going to be 7/8 k cals a day
