A huge earth quake occurred in Russia causing Tsunami warning for Japan, Hawaii, and the west coast.

Oprah did not open her road when tsunami evacuations began

Media reported her road was opened at 7:16 PM, by Maui Police

The first tsunami wave was expected around 7:17 PM

All of this means she waited until 1 MIN before waves were expected.LOCALS drove for 1-2 hrs

This is the only route to evacuate the coastal area. The alternative adds hours to evacuation. The same problem occurred when they had to evacuate for the fires. It is absolutely unbelievable that nothing has changed.
