He needs to get down to cruiserweight imho or he will gas hard. I realise that is a heck of a lot of muscle mass he'd be losing to be fair, but it won't be detrimental to his hand speed and endurance, and he needs both. For boxing (and i make no claim to being a brilliant boxer) I believe someone should at absolute most be fighting at the max lean weight they can attain natty, even if they then use PEDs for their other benefits fight wise (and obviously there's imho a more limited dosing range before cardio is negatively impacted.
