his opinion is based on his opinion
all other studies apart from this guy including meta analysis studies found no evidence at all

Sorry to be contrarian but how can there be a good Meta-Analysis when there are only very few studies on bodybuilders? ;D

recommended protein is about 75gms a day to maintain healthy tissue

I know lets eat 500 a day, just to cover all bases
75 grams of protein (300 calories), and where do the rest of the calories come from? After all, you would have to stuff yourself with carbohydrates, and that wouldn't be healthy.

Bodybuilders drive the economy. God forbid they put tariffs on fart powder, fanny packs and underground gear. I think the schmoes would suffer the worst

It was, is, based on a fact that 50 to 65% of human male is water.

Muscle Mag or Flex had an article about Arnolds biceps. He had trained them so had that he had experienced cell splitting! So thats a fact!

So how do I gaining my size by eating 2000 calories if I lose weight rapidly by eating only 3000 calories?

we are talking normal people with a sedentry lifestyle

An athlete training hard and using drugs can of course eat more cals

You can also condition your body to use less food
I imagine your weight loss would taper of real quickly once you lose 30/40lbs of bloat whitch most bodybuilders carry around

Its not real bodyweight

Just look at our Brian.

Over time yes, depending on the stresses placed on your muscles. The recruitment and maturation of satellite cells into new fibers is what youre after. I believe hypertrophy is a myth.
