“Maybe I shouldn’t have done what I did, but I can’t change who I am, and it’s the only way I know how to live.”
He said this, but it makes him feel empowered to refer to himself as a tiger for his wounded ego.
It also obviously rationalizes his awful decision making.
I don’t have hatred for Bhank TBH; I do like that he pays for his hubris though.
This is actually the truest statement you will hear from him and about as much level of insight as he muster. It may not look like much but it is a big deal.
It is also likely Bri has a cluster A personality disorder, these are hard to treat to begin with. He compounds his condition with PEDs, cannabis use and crap eating and who knows what else. Treatment options are limited, meds don't help, talk therapy is excruciatingly slow and not only needs a good therapist, it can go the other way and make one a more capable sociopath.
Does asking a wild animal up the mountain why it is the way it is make any sense? Because Bri may not have much more ability to change his nature.
