We can easily solve the picture issue by photo shopping him in where necessary.

To think a year ago he was slaving away studying for his LSAT that he would take twice.

He was acing the practice tests with perfect scores and yet here we are today after all the thousands of fake documents he had to forge, loans taken, and fees submitted and he was brought down by one man. A vigilante and his nemesis Josh it appears will actually get the last laugh.
