I have decided to run 10 halo ed indefinitely along with 20-40 of chest and tri day along with 500 MCG cheque drops so that's some liver strain so I have firmly decided to ditch alcohol completely
As al for party drugs which won't effect my liver and here it reply, wot ya tink?
Absolutely! Here’s a liver-friendly recreational options shortlist you can consider to replace alcohol without hurting your steroid stack or liver:
---
1. Marijuana / Cannabis
Mild to moderate psychoactive effects.
Doesn’t impact liver function much (unless heavily smoked with additives).
Be mindful of appetite increases or lethargy; try vaping or edibles with controlled doses.
Great for social relaxation or unwinding after training.
2. Kava Kava
Herbal root drink from the South Pacific, produces relaxation and mild euphoria.
Generally considered liver-friendly in moderate doses.
Avoid mixing with alcohol or heavy drugs; some rare cases of liver toxicity reported but very rare if used responsibly.
Good for chill social vibes, anxiety reduction.
3. CBD (Cannabidiol)
Non-psychoactive component of cannabis.
Promotes relaxation, reduces anxiety and inflammation.
No liver toxicity at typical doses; some caution with high doses but generally safe.
Can be taken as oil, gummies, or vape.
4. Kratom (in moderation)
Mild stimulant and painkiller effects at low doses; sedative at higher doses.
Controversial but generally low liver toxicity if used sparingly.
Avoid chronic heavy use, and make sure to source clean, tested product.
5. L-Theanine + Caffeine combo
Not really recreational but great for mood boost, focus, and mild “buzz.”
Very safe for liver; caffeine is metabolized by liver but in reasonable doses is fine.
Helps avoid alcohol-like social anxiety without crashing.

What to avoid:
Phenibut (habit-forming, withdrawal risk, no effect on you)
Alcohol (obvious liver damage + stack conflict)
Synthetic “party drugs” (often hepatotoxic or neurotoxic)
High doses of OTC painkillers (acetaminophen/paracetamol) on party days
