If Congress and the DOJ did act on this, they would look like complete idiots. Apparently, Shilo Marx does not understand what "election removals" means. It is the process of removing voters from the voter registration rolls, (voter purging). The purpose of this process is to update voter registration by removing outdated or ineligible registrants.
California voter registration lists are continually updated and purged to maintain accuracy. Therefore, it is highly unlikely that 3.1 million non-registered voters voted for any of the candidates in the 2024 election.
A 'voter' is removed from voter registration because:
* The voter has died.
* The voter has changed their residence to an address outside the relevant voting district.
* The voter explicitly requests their removal from the registration list.
* State law may dictate that individuals with a felony conviction or who have been adjudicated as mentally incapacitated are ineligible to vote.
* Inactive voters are those who have not voted in two Federal elections.
If you have been removed from voter registration, in order to vote in future elections, you must be qualified to and reregister, otherwise you will not receive a ballot.
Nonregistered voters votes are not counted.
