This will piss off and bewilder some guys, but Brian's wasp waist isn't actually that aesthetic, just in my own opinion of course. It makes a man look weak, like you could snap him in half. There's a happy medium. Same with very thin hips and flat ass.
Aesthetic is somewhat subjective but there is such a thing as fairly objective measures as well, if you poll the average population.

Perhaps something like this is more "masculine" and powerful? Without looking it up, I don't recall the David statue having very thin waist either.

No homo, but perhaps judging males' physique aesthetics is somewhat homo, not sure, in that case I don't care...

Solid point. Tbh, yes. I would love to have a physiquelike Brians. However, I think Serge Nubrets waist/abs and overall physique is more ideal. Btw, that is not David. That is a statue of Hercules.

zane would smoke buchanan.

buchanan wasn't really viable competitively imo… when standing next to more structurally sound guys he looked like a spindly little goof:

It's a pathetic display of cock especially for a coloured.

Not so much the Greeks, but the Romans were intense muscle schmoes including roidguts like the Hercules statues exhibit (go back one page for Van Bilderass example). Also, check out the IFBB approved museums in Italy

Buchanon had a good upper body but his lower body would've prevented him from winning the Classic O. Bumstead also came in more shredded.
