One well known guru said you could tell who responded to GH best by their nose and gave some pro examples. I don't know about what types of tissues are in the nose but they say GH will not alter bone, only soft tissue. So I don't know about tooth gaps or chin growth.
Someone like Haney like definitely didn't get a gap due to GH as that wasn't available in quantities used today. When the 192 Protropin came out a few pros would pay a ton for a once weekly 2iu shot or something like that. Today 20iu daily is standard, some experimenting with as much as 40-50iu. Tbombz did over 40iu.
Yes the hands get bigger both with roids and GH but it's just temporary hand swelling. In fact you can often tell if someone is on PEDs by looking at the muscle between the thumb and the forefinger on top of the hand, does it look abnormally hypertrophied?
Cartilage is highly responsive to HGH so yes, megadosing growth can/will make the nose grow like a potato.
Some bones are also affected (thickening and widening): nasal bone, hands, feet, jaw, cranium, ribcage to a degree, and even clavicles (except in Heath's case)
Tooth gaps can happen due to extreme mandibular widening
Long bones are already fused , so no growth.
On the other hand, soft tissue
swelling will indeed partially or completely subside after discontinuing gh administration (depending on severity and dosages)
Cartilage overgrowth and bone changes are...permanent
