Tons of GH for him. It’s changed him completely, his whole head is bigger. His chin and nose are much bigger as well . And his eyes look sunk back in his head with head and facial growth. His hands look weird now too. Someone on IG said they met him and said his hand felt twice as big as his.

Now that I think back a couple of decades, I remember a friend claiming he knew a dentist who had said she saw "many" bodybuilders coming in and needing braces due to GH. But that was when dosages were really low so I don't know. Second and third hand stories. Stories how that "Grorm" GH from cadavers was so potent it disfigured everyone, I think mostly baloney, again due to the low doses. Have you heard any Grorm stories, I think it was Russian?

When some bikers stole a ton of Norditropin Simplexx from a Danish warehouse I read about a few top builders from there needing emergency wrist surgery LOL. I know one connected guy who used a whole 45iu vial a day for a short while. Some were from Denmark, some swiped off production lines by girlfriends. Lou Ferrigno looked unbelievable in 92-93 an he had that surgery too.

And oh yeah, I've mentioned several times an effect I noticed on a friend. He mostly used GH for preps due to cost but every time he dieted he grew a double chin LOL. It went away when the comp was over

Not really IMO. It's more the overall increased dosages plus the constant pinning into side/rear delt to create more scar tissue size. Add the GH and insulin and you have the modern delt

Grorm was a very old cadaver GH used mainly in Spain and Italy. The name was registered in 1973, last seen around 89 or so. Around 96, there was a story that the Russian mob lucked into a ton of expired Grorm that they were getting rid of dirt cheap. There were warnings in US mags not to by it.
