Switching gears
« on: August 17, 2025, 03:48:57 PM »
Seems I'm not made for pure strength and I'm barking up the wrong tree

So I've decided to switch on to The Adonis Ratio and The Shape

That's where my true strength/genetics lie

And since ima do this ill have to reacess my gear and training protocol

Vanb will love this 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

He could have taken the time an effort to improve.

Instead, he set a stupid goal, obsessed about it for two weeks, then quit.

Now he'll do daily measurements and wonder why there's fluctations.

I'm just being honest with myself and my lack of strength genetics

Going from 210 for a double for 132 for a single is not good, not good at tall

I don't love it, at all. But of course I'm not surprised, AT ALL  ::)

Fuck not having genetics, you do the best you can once you commit. No one respects a quitter. I see guys doing strength comps all the time with zero genetics for anything. At least they try for a couple of comps.
At least 50 different "strength" PED cycles tried... for all of 2-3 days each, same with workout routines, actually these changed daily :D

WTF cares about "adonis ratio" except some 16 or 17 year olds with saggy pants and underwear showing  ::)

You'd need a prison/workout camp with a Steve Michalik type trainer, you don't do what he tells you you fly out the window. Then comes the syringe which will be administered to you, assigned meals will be eaten or you get a beatdown :D

Hahahahaha

Well I could do bench comps as an aside to The Shape

That is the stack that I will run

200 test and deca and 25-50 mgs of drol once my coach gets back to me bout the drol dosage

Got 9 hours uninterrupted sleep last night so praying I get the same ce soir

You "could" do a lot of things. Do something and then post about it.

You don't have a coach. Just someone who will make money off you and give you one word "advices."
You know very well you are completely uncoachable unless whatever program was forcibly imposed on you and if you didn't follow you'd die. I'm not saying anything you haven't already said yourself. What is the "coach" going to say, "take 23.6mg of Anadrol"? Haha it's ridiculous. Wow he knows 40-50 estrogen is best for you... laughable.

That drug you thought was great for sleep... looks like death in a pill to me. Mirtazapine might be something unless contraindicated.

dj failing and quitting was the obvious outcome.  He'll still continue to brag and be CONFIDENT~! about everything, though.

But what was unexpected was how badly his strength tanked.  He probably had a 225 max bench(he'll claim 240 though) at the start, and built up negative 90 pounds of strength over the course of a month and ended at 135.  That is fucking unprecedented failure.  To the point where it means he might have a serious issue, like a series of mini strokes and he has the big one coming soon or a spinal tumor.

People tend to think that facial asymmetry happens only after the stroke, but there's research that growing facial asymmetry "accumulates" prior to the (big) stroke.

Statistically, if we had a pool of high level powerlifters and set up a consistent context(what is held "constant" - consistent training, eating, % max weights used) and had them max over and over for a month, there could be found a certain level of variation(maybe even "six sigma").  Some guys might lose a bit of strength, but they would not lose 40 fucking percent of their strength this quickly like dj did.  It's very suspicious of what Walter Shewhart called "special cause variation"...I think dj may have a serious health issue.  Someone tell his caretaker at whatever facility he's locked up in at night.  They probably don't speak English though, and they also probably want him to die.  Christ they might even have instructions from dj's momma to let him die.  Hell dj's momma might be paying the caretakers to poison dj at this point.

nobody in particular

I realise I am my own worst enemy and reply to some of his shit when I know it's pointless, but serious question - does anyone at this point think that even HALF of the so called workouts and drug consumption (PED or otherwise) actually took place.

Here's the template

I"m now doing xyz and abc and I'm going to set a record it's inevitible
OH NOES I didn't sleep because I kept getting acid reflux from blowing that old guy at the bathouse for a loaf of bread and a bottle of milk - the one who called me 'the gape'
Now I've realised it was a lack of tricyclic antidepressant and not enough RU-486, so tomorrow I'm taking 50.7 ANADROL tabs and will increase my bench at leat 30lbs this sessoin
OH NOES I failed to do 2 pushups on my knees, must be EL NINO

and on it goes. The guy is just lonely, really lonely, googles something borderline relevant, and hopes to make friends, and sees validation in replies positive or otherwise.

Lol. At least he's dropped that dumb heel gimmick and has started his kiss ass charm gimmick. Maybe just his way of playing nice, so I'm willing to cut him some slack.

There have been some independent reports that when he's properly motivated he does put the work in the gym.

Also share on concerns that something may be off with his health and/or drugs and medication. Struggles to bench 60kg and his cawk no longer works. Not good.

Step 1 boil water
Step 2 add spaghetti

Step 3 cook until Al dente

Step 4 throw against the wall and see what sticks

Pretty much

Ya, that’s not good results.

Unlike Bhank I don’t root against DJ though.

With Bhank I’m looking forward to his next boast falling flat on it’s face- like it always does.

As “out there” as DJ is he is some ways is more realistic than Bhank and can properly readjust his plans as they seem capable.

It makes me think Bhank needs to take whatever pharm stack DJ’s doctor is giving him.

You're right about me following anyone's "advices" 😂😂😂

But get this I did train legs regular and hard fo bout 2 months and the results were posted up here maybe my buddy delon can find this pic my legs look MUCH BETTER than that more current leg pic posted

Why did my legs make such great progress? Because I hired a sexy feamles trainer to train me and each training session she very nicely displayed her sexy tight ass in my very favorite shiny spandex leggings 😍😍😍

Hopefully some one finds that pic as my legs looked very very good 😉💪
