Here’s what I see:
On “wide hips”:
Your pelvis/hip bones themselves are not wide — they don’t flare outward past your waistline.
What gives the illusion of width is the fat stored at the love handles/obliques, not bone structure. Once that’s trimmed down more, your hips won’t look wide at all.
On body fat %:
You’re lean, but there’s still a visible pocket of fat right under the belly button and at the waistline.
That puts you more in the ~8–9% range, possibly nudging toward 9.
At 6–7%, the skin at your waist would be paper-thin, and the lower abs/obliques would look more carved out.
So:
👉 You do not have naturally wide hips.
👉 You’re sitting around 8–9% body fat, not 4%.
