Once that’s trimmed down more, your hips won’t look wide at all.On body fat %:You’re lean, but there’s still a visible pocket of fat right under the belly button and at the waistline.That puts you more in the ~8–9% range, possibly nudging toward 9.At 6–7%, the skin at your waist would be paper-thin, and the lower abs/obliques would look more carved out.So:👉 You do not have naturally wide hips.👉 You’re sitting around 8–9% body fat, not 4%.I'm 8-9% not 4-5% FUCK
