I think it’s turned out to be bullshit based on the way they did the measuring, changes in methods and much smaller sample sizes. Not sure
Yes I think it's mostly BS though I'm too lazy to look it up now. In some populations it might be higher today. People are fatter today but shit nutrition for poor folks in the past surely didn't help test. Surely eating red meat is better than eating mostly potatoes for testosterone. Obviously depends on who and where and their economic status. People are taller today because of better nutrition but test has halved? Hormones are peaking much earlier, kids go into puberty much earlier, all due to "overfeeding " My mom claims she went into puberty at like 17 due to poor nutrition. Diet was mostly starches. It was partly due to ignorance of how you should eat for health

Since I have little "infos" in my brain about hormone related things, a little boron supplement might lower SHBG and bring up free test. But on the other hand there's debate on how important SHBG is and it can also be too low.
Of course if I had 900 total test naturally and had easy, quick access to test assays I'd love to see how high I could get it, either with things like enclomiphene, maybe with a sprinkle of an aromatase inhibitor or even some "natural" supps. There's some ntural prolactin imhibitors too that might be interesting to try, P5P, mucuna pruriens etc. If you had a home a testing device similar to how diabetics test glucose it would be fun to test things out.
