Everything that could have possibly gone wrong there did....big time.
Not familiar with the promotion, but whoever the promoter/owner is might have to answer some questions.
Why hire a person with at best very limited skills/training for such a dangerous angle/spot? The botched power bomb was a combo of Jackson using too much top force and the worker not landing square. Landed so far off center he was knocked cold.
Jackson may have been told to lay in punches post bomb, but once his opponent was out cold, the action STOPS. Not being properly trained in wrestling, he did what a MMA guy does - pound. To me, it didn't look like he was striking full tilt, but his punches were way too strong.
Wrestler Smith should know better than to take moves you have little control over from inexperienced unbalanced people.
