Meal 1 1 liter of 2.5% milk

Meal 2 150 grams of herrings with sweet and sour sauce and 2 slices of bread

Meal 3 2 eggs 50 grams Parmesan cheese and  2 slices of bread

Milk is a super food and herrings have tons of omega 3 and eggs are very anabolic
